Flying Pizza in Bad Zwischenahn

So, at the beginning I would like to say: the pizzas taste good. But so many mistakes are made in the implementation that it is almost ridiculous. The first time we ordered, no bacon should be on the pizza. There was bacon on the pizza (according to a note, however, the pizza was baked straight away and without bacon). The second order came with a pizza that didn't have bacon as an ingredient anyway. We found a few pieces of bacon on the pizza topping (for vegetarians: inside, vegans: inside or Muslim: inside, that's fatal). And now we have ordered a pizza with extra sauce with the request that the pizza be cut. Neither was the extra sauce on it (or far too little so that you couldn't taste it) nor was the self-collection discount deducted. Oh yes, the pizza wasn't cut either. The workers seem to be nice, but unfortunately that doesn't help the customers if the pizzas don't match the order and mistakes are made. PS: I was very hungry, otherwise I would have called and asked for a complaint. * ADDENDUM: after the owner's answer here on Google, I called the branch. I was offered amends with no further problems. Thank you so much!

Pizza arrives cold, the consistency of the dough is like a wet cardboard box, the sauce on the pizza saved wherever possible, and also charge otopic prices for it. Absolutely disgusting, best 5 star rating!

Today we ordered pizzas twice. They were delicious again! The delivery was quick and the messenger was very friendly. We will recommend Flying Pizza!

Not ordered for a long time since the change of operator, but now again. Unfortunately somehow sank even lower. Pizza no longer edible so I prefer to go to the Combi and just get me TK pizza. The gyro plate is not even in the canteen quality, that was what I was most shocked about, I would get it better with frozen goods and the tzaziki to go with it is probably just the standard from the supermarket. Last the garlic baquettes with herder cheese? The shepherd's cheese is more like rubber cubes in terms of dryness. And that for 40 €. No more, unfortunately I have to give 1 star.

Very badly organized! Very good taste. Ordered food for € 70 and didn't even get a drink. I find cheeky and just worked off. Minus 10 points!

Absolute catastrophe! I really like the dishes from Flying Pizza, which is why I gave the shop in Bad Zw ahn three chances. At the first attempt the two salads were badly sealed, so that we got both salads opened and tipped out in the carrier bag. With the next new order and the request to please close the salad packaging better, the cranberry salad came completely without cranberries. So then also with the 3rd order there was a reference to the wrong delivery. Not even a word of apology or the like ... Nevertheless, I started a new order with a tuna salad without an egg and a vegetarian pizza that I made myself. Incredibly, we got the salad again with egg and a pizza for a vegetarian with chicken. It really doesn't get any more incompetent. The ineptitude of the operators is absolutely outrageous.

Ordered for the second time and unfortunately both orders added the wrong extra ingredients. Today a pizza with hot spices which was not ordered, the pizza was so hot that you hardly had a taste of the pizza ... It's a shame

Captain we sink, aka it used to be good. Wanted to order 2 jumbo pizzas in action today at 5:45 p.m. For my delivery area an order value of 25 € is given for a free delivery. The price would have been € 35 ~ with extra ingredients. The gentleman on the phone said that he had to calculate 3.5 € ~ delivery costs so that the action pizzas would only be 1.5 € away from the original price. I then said that I would leave the order. Then the gentlemen called me back unfriendly. And he complained to me what that was supposed to do. If that was the franchise owner his license was revoked, if not he heard fired. Never thank you again!

We were very happy to order there, but unfortunately the quality deteriorated after the reopening. We will never order here again !!!

Pizza seems to consist only of tomato sauce. If you order extra with a note "please a little tomato sauce", more will be 'slapped on'. A close acquaintance had baked plastic parts in his 40's Margarita. That is not how it works. Never again!

I am extremely disappointed and did not want to believe that you have eased so hard and thought "okay, have your own experience and try it, it was great back then ". I ordered a chicken hollandaise earlier. I was really looking forward to this. And what do I get? A dark brown, dry and bad-tasting Chicken Hollandaise. I've tried several times to call you, but no one answers the phone. It is probably because you are leaving, but you lost me as a customer. Never flying pizza, never. Disgusting, just disgusting.

Have just ordered what finally arrived after over an hour, which of course can happen on a Sunday .... Pizza full of sauce that you just can't eat and to top it with plastic ..... Absolutely disgusting !! !! Unfortunately no one answers the phone! !!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Pizza great. Salads too. I can recommend top for the hunger between meals

It's terrifying how some statements are posted here. It's easy to write something here not always true. Seriously now. People make mistakes, but that is often forgotten.

I have never experienced that before. Have ordered by phone a 26er with ham, salami and extra cheese. In 15 min. I can pick it up. Picked up home on sofa pizza on 😒 just other stuff on it. Again with a wheel and exchange there, Quallo with glasses gave me something of a joke, as if I was to blame for the matter. WITHOUT WORDS 0000000 stars

The pizzas are okay. Price-performance does not fit. Pizzas are too expensive for my feeling. The delivery was not flying, but took 75 minutes instead of the 40 minutes advertised. At least the delivery was still warm.
